If you are joining the PSA or you need to renew your annual dues, you have a choice to pay online (see link below form) and fill out the online form below or Print Membership Form and mail with your payment.

If you are renewing, fill out form if there are any changes:
If you do not wish your picture used please move aside when pictures are taken. PSA posts pictures without identification on our website and on social media.
For family membership please list name of second member in the appropriate space below..
