April Membership Payment
If you are joining PSA or need to change your current information, click this Membership: Join PSA link to be taken to that page. If you are RENEWING your membership and there are NO CHANGES in your information, choose one of the following actions:
- Complete and submit this online form and click the PAYMENT link to be taken to the credit card payment site OR
- Print a Copy of the Membership Form, complete your name and current address, and mail with your check to the address on the form.
Many of our members choose to make a donation to the Fine Instrument Fund when they pay their dues. If you would like to do this you may write a check to PSA and designate the fund in the Memo line.
